Shipping: We offer UPS shipping in the US and worldwide. USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail is also available.
USPS Airmail or Priority mail is only available for international shipments, as a lower cost alternative. We do not offer these USPS services in the US.
The cost for shipping depends on what you purchase and your location will be displayed when you check out. You will have a chance to review it before making payment. Please do not call or email us to
calculate the shipping for you! The cost to send 1 to 4 pairs of earpads in the US is around $6 - 7.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For all items except ear pads, software, Sonosax, and special order items, if for any reason you are not satisfied,
you may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. The item must be in new condition and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective items can also be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Ear pads, software, Sonosax, and special order items are non-returnable.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us for an RMA number, which you must clearly display on the package.
Because charging of your credit card and initial processing of your order takes place immediately when you submit it, there is a 15% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to cover our time and effort, even if the item has not shipped yet.
